Is it possible to buy PLR apps

Of course we can buy plr pdfs and videos but what about plr apps (I assume these would be for android rather than apple because apple are stricter about this kind of stuff)

If we can get plr apps then where and how much are they and is there any specific method that should be implemented for formatting the info, or any particular tool or software that simplifies the process

    You can get software apps for Android that are open source and modify them (contractor thru oDesk) as you see fit.

    There are PLR apps for Windows/Mac etc. you can find on some PLR sites. Not easy but some OK stuff there. Even PLR PHP scripts for Wordpress.

    Why do you choose PLR apps ?
    I think it's expensive because it's your own rights after you purchase.
