I am afraid to say that these might be bots and not real human views otherwise how can they predict that 1000 views will have 50 likes and will leave 5 comments.

I have more than 50 videos on youtube and I make thousands from them every month.
The best thing you can do it is to use your keywords in the Title of the video, also use your other keywords in the description. Make sure you have a clickable URL in the description to get traffic to where ever you want.
Promote your video on facebook, twitter initially to get some initial view and then if you have chosen good keywords, you will be getting organic views to your videos. It depends on how you play around with the keywords in the title and description.
give a name of one of your keyword to your video and then upload it to youtube [yes keywords as a name of video helps a little in terms of video SEO]
Have a catchy Thumbnail of your video.

I think that the bot view are not all bad because since they bump up your view count they bumb up the the videos perceived value when people see it listed. People are more likely to watch a video that already has 5000 views instead of one that only has 50.
