Hi, I have an Amazon affiliate site. Is it allowed under their terms and conditions to make a website for discounted items: for example can I have a website for example:
50percentoff.com (not mine) and list only products that are selling for 50% off the price? Is this allowed or Amazon will show me the door?

If you do that then make sure that you don't use copyrighted keywords in the domain name...50percentoff.com is fine but 50percentoffamazon.com may get you in trouble.

As an affiliate, it is up to you which products you want to promote and which you don't.

Hi, there is a cool plugin for that purpose called "azon deal alert".
It was made by Edwin Boiten, if I remember right. This plugin shows automatically
    reduced price and percents.

You are not allowed to display their prices UNLESS you are using a program that uses their API to auto-update.

This is right in their TOS.

    Hello Petkanov

I would recommend just keeping things really simple to start with.

You can create a free site/lens at squidoo.com based on your chosen amazon product niche and simply use the html which amazon provides for the products to include on your squidoo site.

There's no real need to include prices because people will click on the products on your site if they want to know more information.

Having a site setup like 50percentoff .com would be a real pain because amazon's prices are always changing and therefore you would constantly be on the lookout for more products as well as updating your site.

Pick a niche, stick with it, create some content on squidoo, insert your amazon products and promote your lens.

When creating a site that promotes Amazon products you might be better off leaving the prices out of it. Why? Because your main goal is to get people to Amazon to check out the product further, this sets their cookie for 24 hours, and gets them shopping on Amazon.

Remember, ANYTHING they buy while they shop around Amazon you get commission for ( as long as it is not part of their excluded list, but don't worry about that, because only about 40 or so items are part of it).

EDIT: Go with what Neil said: CREATE A NICHE SITE!!
