It seems like it is.
I'm getting a ton of responses to my Warriors For Hire ad this past week or so, but I haven't bumped it since September. I was also getting a ton of sales over the summer, but I didn't get much in September and October.
On freelance sites it's kind of the opposite... Not as much going on around summer and Christmas, but a lot of activity in the fall and spring.
