    There are plenty of ways to do this my friend.

    But it's best to start with good optimization. Make sure you have good keywords in your title, tags, and description.

    Then start commenting on similar videos to yours in YT.

    Do some Video Responses
    Write some relevant articles with a link leading the readers to your video

    When you get the chance type in YouTube Traffic in the search bar on this forum and you will find dozens of threads related to YouTube traffic

    Targeting a specific keyword then ...

    1) putting it in title
    2) description
    3) tags

    SEO is obviously a big help to getting traffic, but besides that ...

    Posting on FB or Twitter is very helpful especially if you have a lot of friends and followers. Depending on your niche, posting it in a relevant forum works as well.

    I post videos (in my other niche) on a forum and I always get (important: targeted) traffic.

    Do detailed keyword research to see what your target audience is searching for.

    Optimize your You Tube videos with your keyword in your title, description box and tabs.

    Build a subscriber base at on your blog, Facebook, Warrior Forum, Twitter, etc to promote your You Tube Videos on there.

    Build backlinks to your videos with tools like SENuke, Traffic Geyser, etc.

    Make your popular videos featured videos in You Tube.

    Get creative and come up with other ideas...

    First of all, people watch videos with most numbers of views. They think that it is more reliable to watch since many people chose it. To gain more traffic in your video, increase its views. Give it a start. Try to visit some sites that will give you your starting thousands views.

    Driving traffic to your youtube channel is not so much touch today, if you can master some ways of doing so like these followings -
    1. Name your channel perfectly.
    2. Add keywords to your title perfectly.
    3. Use tags smartly.
    4. Give a perfect description.
    5. Create Unique Custom Backgrounds For Your Infomovies.

    Just make a unique title of your video having your keywords ,and a description also having your targeting keywords, your thumbnail should be catchy,and then share you video with you friends and on social media sites.

    The sneakiest method I know of getting thousands of likes on YouTube simply involves having a list of tens of thousands of users ;-)

    In one of my niches I have a really big list and I'll outsource some video creation to Fiverr (I go for extra gigs to extend the time) and upload them to YouTube.

    Then I email my list a few times.

    - I get the benefit of giving my list free content
    - I get the benefit of driving up the views/likes on my video (SEO ranking benefits)

    It's 100% legit and whitehat.

    Only problem is you might not have a list. In which case, focus on building your list (which is more key to your business than YouTube) and then worry about things like # of fans, YouTube hits, Twitter followers etc...
