Choosing Sites To Guest Blog

Hey guys. How do you guys choose what sites you are going to request to guest blog for in your niche? Do you do any type of analytics? Do you use any tools? How do you know if that blog even brings in traffic (aside from alexa and semrush)? I'm lost in the sauce guys and need your professional help!

You choose to guest blog anywhere that you can that is within your niche. If you get really good at blogging then people should be asking you to guest blog. Any backlinks are good backlinks and guestblogging is a great way to define your brank.

      Hope that helps.

Most people who guest blog check the pagerank of the website (many people debate if this is still relevant or not), and also look at the alexa ranking of the site. The main thing is to guest post on sites that are in the same niche as your site or are closely related in content. I'd personally suggest finding a list of blogs in your niche that accept blog posts, and subscribe to their RSS feeds to see what others are doing. There really is no perfect answer. The best advice I can give, is to go out there and make things happen for yourself! Eventually, you'll see what works best given your specific goals.
