I do social bookmarking activities and social media. I post the URLs of my blog with brief description that will help to get their attention and proceed on blog's mainpage. I also made some of my blogs as signature on forums, as you can see after this post.

Bloggers promote blogs by being active in other people's blogs and by contacting other bloggers to guest post. This is a blog-to-blog promotion. There are many ways actually such as forum posting, social media, etc..

You can promote your blog actively at social networks and web 2.0 sites. You will be surprised at how fast you can get traffic to your blogs.

This is free and easy way to promote your blog watch it!

Guest posting, blog comments on relevant sites, engage your fans in you social sites. Make your blog content worthy to go to. Don't forget to get your onsite SEO as well. What is your site about and what techniques have you used so far to generate traffic?

Hmmm! Driving traffics is a simple way but you have to drive unique traffics so you've need to blog comment, guest blogging, and create more web 2.0 and link back to you site. and ping them all the links probably you would able to get ranked

Do Social media marketing and Forum Posting for your relevant niche. Also keep updating your blog with fresh content regularly. Keep building Quality links for your blog and inner pages too.

Unique content plays the most important part here to get good quality traffic. Some ethical backlink building can add a boost there. To much backlink can make your blog spammy to search engines.

First create something that others will benefit from. If your blog is a copycat of other ones out there no one will want to read it or share it.

Once you have added some unique content to your blog (at least 5 or 6 posts) start developing relationships with other bloggers in your industry, share your content around the web and on web 2.0 sites.

5. Upload video and submit on youtube and link back to your blog

8. Always write quality content.
9. Help as much people as possible
10. Repeat 1-9

Proper keyword research and SEO are main ways I promote my blogs. You can also join forums related to your blog and put a signature link in to attract visitors. When using this method, you want to make sure that you are an actual contributor to the forum before you start trying to ram a "link to a blog" down there throat. However, if you are a good contributor, then you can say something along the lines of "For more information on that see my blog listed in my signature".

Another method I have been using a lot more of lately is creating a Facebook page that is related to my blog then link the two together. If you get your own "friends" interested, plus anyone who comes from your blog over to you FB page and "likes" your page, then there is a whole new set of eyes when their "friends" see they liked something.

Create a You Tube Video that is optimized for your keywords, blog, niche, etc.

By using these methods properly, you have put your blog in front of eyes on Alexa's top 3 sites. Not many better ways to promote than this.
