I Need Leads

I'm new to the forum and relatively new to online marketing and business all the way around. I've started a new home business to work on the side. I'm looking for people that have notes for sale. When I find a prospect that is interested in selling their monthly payment for cash, I list it. If and when a buyer comes along and wants to buy it, I make a commission. The types of notes out there is endless but I'm mostly looking for real estate notes, the private party owner financing type. I've been to the register of deeds office and that takes forever to find these people. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it.

    No problem, I have leads coming in on a daily basis. In the beginning I bought leads, That was a mistake. The leads were sold several times and half the people did not remember what they filled out. I have not called anyone in years for a anything until they have called me.

    Hi,

    If you what good quality leads, you don't need to chase your leads. You must have a system in place, so the leads are coming to you. We call it attraction marketing. There many ways you can do it.
