Need Some help Concerning Getresponse.com

Am a newbie to getresponse and I have few questions to ask.

1. I want to set up and send series of newsletters for 7 days to any subscriber that sign. That's without the need to login in everyday and sending to them manually. how do I do that if it's possible?


2. If I send a newsletter to my subscribers, how do I resend the newsletter again to only those subscribers who haven't opened the mail.

    Create followups by going to the top menu, then Messages > Create Followup

    2. If I send a newsletter to my subscribers, how do I resend the newsletter again to only those subscribers who haven't opened the mail.
    I haven't done this yet myself on GR, so I may be wrong. But I THINK it should be segments. I'm sure someone else who's been with them a bit longer can verify tho.

    If you go into the Statistics menu / email analytics and find your email, there is a line towards the bottom of the screen called 'unopened.'

    To the right of that is a link called 'email group.'

    You will be asked if you want to leave statistics and create messages for this segment.

    Choose 'yes' and you can create your message.

    Voila.

      That's a faster way to resolve the situation. i just finished chatting with one of their staff and solved all my problems within few minutes. i'll always go for their chat support any time i have some issues. thanks for sharing
