What's a good and cheap outsourcing website?

Hey guys, just interested in getting your input on what sites you use to outsource work like photoshop, logos, fixing website issues etc. I used scriptlace.com a lot because I could pay people as little as $10 to fix simple website issues that would take less than 5 minutes to resolve but now that it was bought by freelancer.com I think there is a $25 payment minimum. So, anyone know of an outsourcing site (besides fiverr) where bids can start as low as $10? I mostly need one where I can hire people to fix small issues that take minutes to resolve.

I've used a few BUT I need one that is cheap and allows LOW bids (like $10) to fix miniscule issues.

    Hi GeoMasters,

I am using getacoder.com for my outsourcing needs in terms of graphics, web design and programming. You may just post your request and you will be able to receive bids sometimes within minutes. Please try it and you may be surprised to see some low bids.

If you are doing it for a long term, it would be better to hire a virtual assistant which I believe it would be more cost effective.

    Hope it helps...

oDesk is the place where you can hire a freelancer even for $1 and their fee is very low. You can have a try there. A lot of professionals are available there.

I second odesk and elance. Easy to use platforms with plenty of capable contractors. However, it can sometimes be tough difficult finding reliable contractors that are experienced as they advertise. In most cases you get what you pay for.

    Elance.com

    As an hourly rate.

However I want to point out that when I was freelancing I made tens of thousands of dollars just fixing stuff that the lowest bidder screwed up. Sure you will get the guy who will pop in and make a 10 min fix to a script for $10, but did he test to make sure nothing else was effected by his change? You get what you pay for ,just keep that in mind.

I can usually find someone for any job on oDesk.com

Keep in mind that you have to do your research and really split test your candidates to filter out the rubbish and get to the goods.

I've found great help with the design work at DigitalPoint.com . I stick with people who are from European countries as well usually. We might argue but the work gets done. All that matters. Other countries seem to be more hassle and a lot of deceptive ways.

I use them constantly and they are not only really, really cheap but do a better job consistently than Odesk or others. Odesk would be my second choice.

As far as my experience the last few years, Filipino's are easily the best people to outsource to in terms of quality and what you pay. The workers I contract with also seem to understand English a lot better and are much easier to work with than odesk or minuteworkers. Avoid the scrubs at Amazon Turk like the plague.

I think all those websites have good freelancers.
But you have to try it out in order to find a good freelancer.

Maybe you have to try several gigs before you find a good one.
But once you find him, you will not be bothered by this problem anymore.

Everyone have their own choice. But there are lot of people around the world who knows nothing about IM or outsourcing but have got an account at odesk. They are placing bid at the projects without reading the job posting properly. oDesk and other freelancing sites have got really good freelancers but you will have to find them by interviewing.
