arpReach scheduled task issue

Hello,

I just installed arpReach and it's working ok now - I'm using chrome and everything's working fine.

I also setup the cron job, i had no problem at all during the installation.

My problem is that I have this message "The scheduled task has never run" at the top of my screen and i don't understand why.

It seems the cron job isn't executed ? But I know it is executed as I receive the messages in my mailbox.

Any idea of what the problem could be ?

I know I should ask the support, but they won't answer me this weekend and I really DO need to have an answer asap as I need to send a broadcast message tonight.

Thanks for your help.

Hi, I also get the same problem and still can not make the cron job work.

What cron command do you use? I don't know what's wrong with my command

      This is what I use: php /home/<username>/public_html/mydomain.com/a.php cli/auto>/dev/null 2>&1

What do you think is wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated.

      Thanks

    Try this:

    php-cli /home/<username>/public_html/mydomain.com/a.php cli/auto>/dev/null 2>&1

      Hi,

I have an external cron service that must call arpReach. How can I get this command to work? I assume you cannot call the cli command directly from the external cron service?

Do I need to create another PHP file that can be called by the external cron service, so that this new file calls that cli command from there?

      Please help.
