Is this just me or everyone feels the same?

How many websites do you have and how do you manage them?

I mean updating WordPress, themes, plugins over and over again on different sites.

How much time do you spend every month managing you sites and how this can be reduced so that we can focus more on what matters the most (creating content)?

    The thing is..I only get work that I can handle, I don't want sub par results just because I wanted more. I have a to do list which makes time management much easier for me.

    I wouldn't call it that way. Never thought about it as a hassle. You just do this kind of things if you run an online business. You will get used to it probably.

    @Bharat - If you feel that something is a hassle, either look for automated or semi-automated (software) solutions that reduce the time taken to complete that task OR outsource the work you either dislike doing or do not have time to do. This then frees both your mind and your time to focus on the things you love doing. If it's feeling like a big drag, you need to make one of the above changes.

    If someone else can do it then outsource the task. There are many outsourceing and VA sites available today. Use your time wisely and not by doing easy tasks you can outsource to a VA for very cheap. Focus on building your business and the critical decisions that will shape its direction in the future.
