Try wallpaper sites... they have the best variety of free HQ photos. And I know there are a lot of fan made WoW wallpapers that have no copyright 'stamps'.

    Hope this helps.

You can get them off of Blizzard's artwork section. They give everyone a license to use their work for whatever reason you want. There's only one exception, you can't sell them.

It went from 20 to 10 million subscribers in a year and a half. U played the game for 6 years and quit when they said the word "panda". Anyway, blizzard is going to be killing WoW when the next MMO comes out. Just because their are high gravity doesn't mean that it is a good niche to get into. There are so many free blogs that give gold making/ power leveling techniques that paid guides are dying. Not only that, but WoW has become a children's game. And do kids have credit cards? No they don't !

This is incorrect. It went from 12.5 million to 10 million in a year and a half that was during catacylsm most unsubscribers were in asia so it is understandable. Its numbers are expected to rise this expansion. I myself am in this niche and making a solid amount from promoting paid guides. The sales of paid guides hasn't slowed down either they have increased because of the release of the new expansion. There is a good amount of potential in this niche

There are a whole lot more than four. I sold many WOW guides two or three years ago. I got out of the niche because in most places they are seen as spam/scam. They are very hard to promote anymore and the market is mostly dead.

I suggest promoting CPA offers for free signups.

If you really need the WoW pictures for your personal use, then you will find a lot on Google images. But for a better quality, you just have to get them on the video game developer and publisher, Blizzard Entertainment, official site.

Um... your numbers are way off.
In their prime they were at 12 million subscribers and they went down to 9 million subscribers due to a piss poor expansion called Cataclysm. They went back over 10 million with Mists of Pandaria. Where in the world are you getting your sources or information?

Why would Blizzard kill off a game? They're going to continue making expansions as long as people keep playing it. Just because another MMO comes out doesn't mean people stop playing the current one. A lot of people still play Runescape and other older MMOs.

There are so many free blogs that give gold making/ power leveling techniques that paid guides are dying. Not only that, but WoW has become a children's game. And do kids have credit cards? No they don't
Ok, i'm convinced you're 100% full on trolling at this point... Why is WoW a children's game? Just because they included Pandas in the game doesn't make it a "children's game" at all. If that's your argument, then you're pretty ignorant. The game already had Goblins, Ogres, Werewolves, Dwarves, Trolls, Talking Cows, Orcs, Night Elves, Etc. Pandas is where you draw the line though? They even have talking squid men from space...

Do kids have credit cards? No, they don't... wow... just wow. So basically you're saying no products that are tailored to children sell because kids don't have credit cards? Well good thing parents can't buy their kids things.. Power leveling, gold making and paid guides are dying? You've got to be kidding me.. there are several 5 digit alexa traffic ranked sites that are still doing quite well in this field.

Also, gold selling companies are still WELL in business.

There's not much profit to be made in a niche with 10 million players? How do you know it's only going to be one more expansion? They said they're going to make as many expansions as they want, as long people still keep playing it.

Please stop misinforming the OP who's trying to start up a website. You're giving false information and biasing your opinion on a game just because you think it's childish.

      Oh man, I LOL'd.

Excellent response on this subject. There is gold aplenty to still be made via interactive marketing based on the most popular online game of the last decade. In addition to the fan art and gold advice and gold selling niches already mentioned, there is fan fiction, content sites (like Joystiq), stats sites like Guildox and WoWprogress, database sites (wowhead), raid advice sites (icy-veins) and on and on. There are any number of WoW entrepreuners on YouTube, creating and exploiting markets built upon clever video creation.

Yes, OP, there's money to be made with WoW, a battleship of a gaming franchise that lifts all entrepreneurial efforts around it.

Considered spam/scam anywhere you try to promote them. Gold "making" is worse than IM when it comes to bad reputation.

Which worked really well, two or three years ago. Today...not so much.

Yes, OP, there's money to be made with WoW
Compared to the wild days in the beginning, not really.

Games are great. The gaming niche is full of $$$. Promoting WOW products is dead and gone. Move on.

OK, well, everybody has it's own opinion, that's usual. Why should be Blizzard willing to kill this game? Ok it is a bit out of date, have to agree with that, especially graphics and probably it will die eventually, but not in next couple years I think.
Blizzard's new project Titan is still very misty and nobody knows when it's gonna be released.
