How can clickbank not have a customer service phone number?

I mean get real...these guys make millions and they don't have a way for vendors to contact them? They really screwed me on a recent transaction and rather than being able to fix it, I look like an @$$ to the customer. Their contact form says 2 business days? Does anyone know of an alternative?

Thanks,

Nathan

Thanks Alex, I'll have to give them a call. I'm guessing they aren't open now, but you can bet they'll be getting a call first thing.

haha... here's a tip man, whenever you want more info on a website for any reason, such as a address, telephone number, etc, etc...

Simply search for the domain name on domaintools.com

They will pop-up all the info you registered when purchasing your domain (unless they person paid for privacy services).

In five years, I only had to call Clickbank two or three times. In my experience, I was able to get right through to the right department and they have been great and very friendly to work with. Your mileage may vary.

Clickbank sucks when its time to get paid. They have screwed around with our checks and payments. See my post.

You need to sell for those people who will pay you promptly and not otherwise.

To be fair, they do explain pretty openly and clearly that the minimum payment threshold is $10.

That's the "dormant account charges". They do that only if you haven't earned a commission for 90 days. They do explain that openly too - unpleasant though it is.

All you have to do, to avoid it, is make 1 sale in 3 months.

        This is wrong.

They have 2 telephone numbers and an online chat facility.

ClickBank isn't "reluctant to pay". Their reputation for prompt payments, according their terms of service (which it would help you to read) for over a decade is second to none in the industry.

I don't believe there are (m)any with such reliable and longstanding payment records as ClickBank, no.

It's precisely because of that, that this forum's full of threads from vendors asking affiliates "How can I attract you as an affiliate?" and answers from successful affiliates saying "Put your product on ClickBank, because that way we're not reliant on the vendor for payment and we know we'll be paid promptly and efficiently according to ClickBank's TOS every single time".

            Hello Bogoshaq1,

I just replied a post and said "where is the Clickbank Telephone number?". Sorry that I missed it the first time. It is just that I am nervous today. I need Clickbank to refund me my money and they will. I just called them using Bogoshaq1 supplied number. Many thanks Bogoshaq1. (If I am not saying your name correctly, I apologize.)

Warriors, I also found my CB number and it is (800) 390-6035. It works. Just tested it.

            Have a good day!

Clickbank sucks when its time to get paid. I had a $9.00 commissions sitting in my account. They chipped away $1 at a time and completely took away $9.00 applying various rules.

Now comes another commission of $25 per month on continuity product. They have delayed that payment based on the fact i changed our method of payment its called bi-weekly but once you change something it is overthrown another 2 weeks into the future.

Now they have no Telephone number to call. I had to search the Internet to find one. I got here and I used it to ask them to get paid. They told me it will be February 1, 2012. Lets see if we get paid.

Bottom line do you want to bust your ass for such an outfit that is reluctant to pay ? Aren't there 100s of other great affiliate vendors out there who don't screw around with you? You may not even get paid for your efforts after all.

They probably like to sit on the money for as long as possible to earn interest on it, just like banks do with bank transactions. It's free money for them that way especially if the sums are huge.

Shame on Clickbank for making their phone numbers so hard (impossible?) to find on their web site. I have tried getting refunds via their web page before and it didn't work. Yet when I call them I get very good and quick service - pretty much immediate. (For those sellers who hate refunders, trust me this refund was legit. ;-D )

So I praise Clickbank for their easy refunds once you have their phone number, but scold them for making that number so hard to find. In fact I could NOT find it on their site anywhere and did a google search which lead me to this forum, to find it. Praise be to the Warrior Forum and fellow Warriors!

Clickbank continues it's downward spiral into the cesspool of junk vending. Fewer controls on products, feigned interest in quality, while promoting every scam there is. Most credible product creators are quickly moving away from Clickbank, though we have been happy to have seen over $2 million from them during the time we ran products there. They simply are not the vendor-oriented company they used to be.

We brought them well over 500,000 new affiliates, and becuase our system tracked every transaction front to back, we know they saw about $129,000 per year in transaction revenue from us.

At one time we had built a system called "refund buster" which tracked chronic refunders, and gave a red/amber/green light to them on the purchase page, telling them they were being tracked and the status of their trend in real time. We offered to sell the whole technology to them for a measly $25k and they didn't take it.

We also offered them a page change tracking script. One f their big problems is that once a sales page is approved, there are no controls to stop vendors from simply changing it too whatever rip-off copy they want.

We have a script that does that on our platform (sold now) that easily did, and it was even contextual and could read text from new images OCR, etc.

Nope, the dinosaurs at Clickbank didn't want that.

Sooner or later, their market chare will dwindle to where someone serious about doing what they do will take a solid run at them.

    We shall see

Maybe if you sold this as a WSO you would have made more
than $25k. Refund rating has been a big sore eye for the
ClickBank platform and any deterrent to serial refunders
      would help.
