Hi John, welcome to the forum. To start off, take my advice and avoid creating a mini site. Usually in internet marketing, mini sites are characterized as small websites that typical focus on promoting a single product or service. They may also be sites with inadequate and useless information that contain ads and banners. Not all mini sites are like this however MANY are. Because of this, mini sites have a bad reputation and Google has penalized many people who have had them(good and bad marketers). I would suggest that you build a huge gaming membership site. You could charge people to become members and then host tournaments and other types of events that would get people involved. Once they become members you could sell gaming related products or services through your website. Hope this helps

if I don't misunderstand your question, the main point is you are looking for a method to make GBP1 a day and you'll be happy enough, right?

Then the basic thing you wanna do here is to ensure the business concept that you wanna have to make money online. You can get a mini site, normal site, even without your own site. Basically you wanna do
1. find a niche you wanna tap into
2. build a website/ mini site
3. get traffic coming in
4. monetize the traffic through list building/ adsense/ affiliate program/ cpa.

That's the whole game is about . No need to get confuse, mate.
There must be a reason why you took the gaming niche. Once you build the website there, then go for it.

You should try to get your website on the first page of Google when someone searches up the tags. You will get more traffic like that. You can do this buy getting backlinks for your website. In one of my products I sell 500+ backlinks and I highly recommend you check out the forum. If you get on the first page than put ads on your site and you will make a lot of money.

Listen I know what you mean when I got started in the world of internet marketing I never made any money for the first 5 years online. 5 whole years and 10's of thousands of dollars later I've built myself a stable income from PPC and CPA offers. Honestly although PPC costs you it is like traffic on steroids and plus you can build yourself an email list using a technique called lead gen arbitrage and eventually market CPA offers to that list and honestly it takes a bit of work upfront but it is totally worth it, because after you've built a list you can market affiliate offers to this list.

I can tell you though please and I repeat please don't get caught up in the shiny new techinque mindset because anything as I've learned over my years that says overnight millions, run far and very far. Being an internet marketer is hard solid disciplined work not just come in and cash out. You've got to care about your markets and cater to their needs. Even in affiliate marketing.

So you've got to care about your niche, provide a solution for your niche, work hard to over deliver to your niche and HOLD ON THIS IS BIG!! HAVE PATIENCE AND MASTER ONE THING AT A TIME.
