How to generate safe real YouTube Views

I'm working on a combination strategy -- trying to get videos to rank organically partially through video ads. Sounds contrary, but the number of views a video (and concurrently, the channel) gets will help raise its ranking. I already have a video at #5 in this search: convert website to mobile - YouTube

and am trying to cast a wide net with scores of videos optimized for scores of related keywords. Still early in the process, but the early signs are good.

There are many strategies that people do to make their videos catching. One trick I know is using Sexy Images :p... or intriguing graphics...and using Titles that induces so much curiosity so that people will be so forced to watch it..

Make a list of top 3 videos with the most views, and write down the publishers name, the title of the video ,and the original broad keyword it came from. write down the two author's names, the name of the two videos, and the keyword "how to train your dog" (Example)

Once we've written that down, it's time to move on to the next step.

Now we're going to upload our video. But we're going to do it in a way that sets us up to easily rank in the relevant results. For this method to work, we're going to be changing the original file name of our video, writing a little description, and entering a few very specific target keywords.

Next, we're gonna head over to YouTube and upload it in a very specific way.
So head to YouTube, and start uploading the video. The goal here is to fill in the original information such as title and tags right away, so it gets sorted as quickly as possible.

Alright, so first things first you want to take your list of author names and video names from earlier. This is where we're going to input the information.

So you after you start uploading on YouTube do this:

What you want to do is put this in the description: "For the best (whatever you're promoting), I think you should check out: *insert link+" This video is in response to *insert author name+'s video "*insert title+ which can be seen here: *insert link] The description is set up in this way so that we hit on all of YouTube's internal algorithms. We hit on the author's names, the title of the videos, and the main keywords all in the tags and the description.

For the title of your video, make it "One of the better [insert product name here]" or whatever you're promoting. Basically, include the main keyword from brainstorming. The title is less important, but obviously needs to be relevant to what you're selling. After you've set up the settings like this in YouTube, publish the video.

Then do some backlinking.
