How is this site ranking so high?

I'm pretty new to this, but I am hitting a niche market for candida cleanses. For search phrase 'home remedies for yeast infection' there is a site that is popping back listed high and I cannot figure out how?? I am looking at it's indicators in market samurai and I just don't see anything that stands out. If you search for home remedies for yeast infection - you will see yeast-home-med.net

Any advice on what this site owner is doing and how I can replicate?

      Sorry - as I mentioned I am fairly new to online marketing - but wouldn't the others be higher having thousands more back links? Is it the terms that this person keyed on that are edging out the others with more links? I was thinking of buying back links....

    He might have bought backlinks for his website and that got him a high ranking on Google.
