Can I report a WF Member to the WF Mods for being an unethical marketer on YOUTUBE?

Hey Guys

Long Story Short - I've been doing YT vids for quite a while, and my videos frequently get stolen. I report them, get their acct banned sometimes - I'm used to it

Well, I got pissed at ONE yt user specifically - as he's got a 1 year old YT channel with HUNDREDS of stolen videos from various marketers (many of you included).

I did some sleuthing, found his facebook page, and eventually found his Warrior Forum profile and found he's VERY (Just under 800 posts) active on here.

In fact, he was active TODAY in the "main forum" i'm posting this in - so chances are he may even read this.

Anyways, I've already filed a copyright claim for MY video which will have it removed, and I'm in the process of reaching out to other marketers whom he's stolen videos from as well with instructions on doing the same. 2 or 3 more of those, and his YT channel should be banned completely.

NOW - I know the WF isn't youtube - BUT he's fairly active on here and I really don't think any of us want that type of douchebaggery to occur and don't want this type of unethical person on here either.

So, even though he's done nothing wrong on the WF (that i'm aware of) - think it's worth mentioning to the mods still?

Cheers!

Jeff

You can mention it to them, but I think the general policy is that any kind of disciplinary action is only normally taken here over things people have done here. If I'm right about that, it's an understandable policy which would avoid a lot of potential complications, problems and possible misjudgments. (It perhaps wouldn't be my own policy, I think ... but of course it's easy to say that when you're not involved in making or enforcing the policies ).

Thanks - yeah it's quite understandable I suppose - Still disappointing though that I found that person on here and frequently see his posts as well

Not really ... what someone does on YouTube or anywhere else isn't really actionable on the WF. What they do here is what counts here, for the most part. You can give it a try, but not sure what they can do.
