Wanted some feedback on a price point

Hello fam, just looking for a little feedback and input on a price point for some quick flippers im going to list on flippa, its for a mini project i am doing with a couple of people i mentor in my office, point being i am walking them through the basics on building a standard html niche content website that will host around 25 unique hand written non spun articles based on and around the niche we are targeting a few youtube informal videos we are going to make and some affiliate products we are going to be working with and promoting from clickbank ill also be showing them how to build some backlinks for the mew website amd add in a few features then im going to walk them through the website flipping business on flippa

Now my question to you warriors was, what do you think i should try and fetch for these little mini start up content websites

The site will include:

Around 25 450+ word unique articles
Html site design with some unique design
A few custom made youtube videos for promotion and backlinking to the site
Affiliate product links from clickbank
And some minor backlinking

What would be a good start out price to ask for this little turnkey startup content site?
