How well do your targeted banner ads pull?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am currently testing banner ads 468x60 on a targeted website within my niche. I Know all guesses/stats/metics whatever you want to call them are all BS. I know the only way to truly know how well your banners will do is to try them out and test them. But I am still curious till I see the some results from my testing.

So I ask you, How well are your banner ads doing with CTR and conversions?
