Are there any good sources of converting traffic out there?

I am looking for good traffic sources other than 7 search ppv is really only good for certian products and most the traffic that comes out of these ppc engines is face anyway.Is there a good solid ppc engine other than adwords and facebook that can be used and that you have had a good converting experience with?

    Technorati media and yahoo affiliates are a good idea as well.. there is adbrite and info links which also offer good ppc engine..!
