So, I'm going to go about promoting some affiliate products for specific websites. Let's just say I'm promoting an online clothing retailer.

I will be specifically targeting Ralph Lauren products (this is purely hypothetical situation, by the way). To cut to the chase, can I create a website like buyralphlaurenclothing.com? Of course I can, but will developing this cause any problems?

Trademark in domain is a NO NO.
But some people still do it, only to get sue when their sites get bigger or get reported by competitors.

Ever notice that people who spend money on WSO, memberships and courses, are always complaining about being broke and not making any money ?

They should have bought ASSETS instead.

Sure you can, people have been doing this since for ...ever... but I wouldn't invest to much since there is always a risk to lose that domain.

just check if that company has any previous attempts to take over domains with their trademark.

Not only can they demand you hand over the domain for trademark infringement but they can sue you for cyber squatting! Cases have run into 6 figure claims plus costs so be warned.

I would agree with the posts above.
You can create and buy a domain with trademark but one thing you need to consider is that you are using other's name and that's quite risky on your side.

It is a risk to use trademark names so I personally wouldn't recommend it.
