Is there a wordpress theme or way to redirect to another site after an application is filled out?
This an example of site that does it

once your fill out some quick information, you are redirected to another site depending on what information you put in.
I need to know:
how to do the redirect.
How the system redirects based on information
Honestly I really just need to redirect, but it would be nice to know how to redirect to different sites based on information.
I believe this is how ppl sell leads
