I want to know who has been involved with offers on daily deal sites? We have been researching them for a while now. Looking at trends, numbers of sales for certain items, prices, timing and so forth.
Many say it's really only worth it if your business runs on repeat business, and you can afford to either break even or run at a loss with the group buying sale, then cash in with 1000s of new customers in your database that will buy again. But really, will they? at normal prices.
Can anyone give me some ideas or experiences you have had with running offers with these daily deal sites??
