Affiliate Program Help-Advice

I'm looking for a bit of guidance of where to start. I am planning on starting an affiliate program for my product. I'm going to be using Affiliates Pro for Wordpress to manage things. This is about the point I am at right now.
What I am trying to find out is the following:
Is there any templates that I can use as a guide for the Affiliate agreement?
Is there a great section on this forum or perhaps another place where I can read to learn more on those managing and setting up their affiliate programs?
