Is there a realistic valuation tool for websites free online?

Just wondering if there are any which tell you realistically, many tell me stupid figures.

    I don't know of a piece of software that is able to do an accurate evaluation. However, if the site you want to evaluate is doing a certain amount of profit every month then it's worth is usually 10-12x it's monthly earnings.
