Blogging in Multiple Niches with Similar Content

I run a web firm for dentists and physicians and my blog posts contain keywords about dentists and doctors. Now I'm adding attorney websites as a service. How should I approach the blogging? An article about "title tags" is the same article whether it's a dentist, doctor, or lawyer's website. Yet I can't simply take one blog posts for dentists, and then republish it with doctor and lawyer keywords. I'd like to optimize for all three niche groups, but how can I without duplicating content on my blog?

Thanks

I would go with completely different content. Remember, you have two audiences-humans and search engines. While keyword articles appeal to SEs, SEs have grown increasingly sophisticated through the years and the old trick no longer work. In fact, SEs use social signals and how actual users respond to your pages to help determine how your pages rank. You have to write for both real humans and search engine robots. Here's what I do: I take the keywords and find DRAMA or some sort of CAUSE FOR CONCERN regarding the keywords which attracts human eyeballs. I then write an article with at least three subheadings exploring different aspects of the dramatic angle. All the while, the keywords are repeated 1% to 3% and the piece, as a whole, is easy to read and flows from a central theme.
Anyone who loves writing can do this. It's all part of the fun of coming up with creative angles to present keyword topics. It's actually a lot of fun.

OK thanks. So the content will be similar, but just write it twice from scratch with different keywords.
