Switching AR's (Aweber to GetResponse) which subscribers should I ditch?

I'm switching AutoResponders from Aweber to GetResponse,
And I want to take the opportunity to ditch the non-responsive subscribers from my list -- Which is most of them!!
Obviously I will let the people who haven't clicked or opened an email since ever go. - I realize that this isn't 100% accurate as if people have their emails set to not view images (the gmail default), the tracking pixel will not be accurately read.
I will send a few emails out with freebie offers to get people to sign up to new AR.
Edit: and hopefully to wake up the some of the sleepers!
Any other ideas on how I should proceed?
PS. I prefer GetResponse, due to patronizing email I got from Aweber regards a few spam complaints. I also find GR more friendly to the info marketing crowd. And suspect that Aweber are becoming more corporate friendly. See this thread for my reasoning: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...-oh-irony.html I also find the Aweber html editor interface a bit annoying!
