where do you invest your time?

I have about 10 hours a day I want to spend on two objectives: 1) drive traffic to 2 websites 2) develop new products. But I'm unsure of which activities I should pursue and how much time I should spend on each.

How do you warriors invest your time? Do you follow a schedule or a blueprint?

    My days consist of:

    driving more traffic to build my list bigger
    adding more follow ups within my lists
    creating quality content for my blog and other sites
    creating new products
    tweaking my sales pages to improve conversions

    these are pretty much the only tasks that i work on to build my biz

      Do you break down how much time you spend in a given task to drive traffic? For instance, 20 minutes on FB, write 3-4 tweets, post on forums for 30 minutes, etc?

      Do you have one or two methods you prefer over the others?

        i spend a bit of time in here each day giving out helpful info, do the odd ad swap
        create new content for my blog and syndicate my content using my 10 step process to get my content to go viral

        i don't spend hardly any time on fb or twitter it's a complete waste of time in my opinion apart from the odd fb update but putting too much time into social networks will just kill your biz

        i only ever use social networks to share quality new free content

    Paul hit the nail on the head. Too many times we are tempted to spend time learning new tactics or strategies that take us away from our primary objective. I don't mean that we shouldn't learn new things - only that those new things should be aimed in the same direction we are heading. So, if you are doing Kindle publishing don't get distracted by the newest CPA WSO.

      I absolutely agree Gail. I've fallen for that trap MANY times in the past. I think I'm going to spend the majority of my time producing relevant content: blogs and vlogs mostly, then try to spread them around the net.

    1. Customer care
    2. Marketing/Advertising
    3. Business management/Research

    Spend 2 hours per day learning in this Forum. Then spend the next 2 hours doing what you just learned.

      Time is my worst enemy. There are a lot of things that needs to be done but so little time. So I delegate some of my tasks.

      I work on the difficult tasks then work on the ones that I already mastered.

      Then I do 10-20 minutes for my dreaded task.
