Hi there.


Over the last few days I've been talking with a friend regarding a certain 'deal' between ourselves that involves a joint partnership in a project of mine. I am just wondering where I can find an online contract or an electronic signature so that I can share this between myself and the person interested in JV'ing on my project.

Just so that both of us can be safe.

    Glad to see someone using their head and getting a contract before heading into more IM deals. Too many people get burned or conned on JV deals these days.
