Hi warriors!
I own an Amazon affiliate blog for almost 3 months,I think that it is going well,I got some sells, ranked high for long tail keyword and I'm working on getting traffic,I do get some but not a lot and I'm working on a FB page, already 300 real and targeted likes.
As I newb,I always try to stay update in the IM world,I ask questions, read reports and articles.I've read an article about "Website farming" a few days ago and since then I can't stop thinking about it,people are actually building 6-8 website each time and they are working on them for about 6 months and then sell each one for profit.
I went to Flippa.com and I looked at some websites for sell,I could see some websites that aren't going as good as me and they are being sold for anywhere between 50$ to 150$.I'm not thinking on selling my website anytime soon but I do want to know how much a 3 month website with 10$ in amazon,86 unique visitors and 250 page views can actually be worth?
Thanks
-Joe

Not that much, it is unstable in regards it hasn't made that much and it is new.

Is the 86 UVS to date or a day?

Maybe you can get 50$? I don't know, you can't estimate new sites like that!

There are reasons for people paying that much..

        perhaps turnkey/ authomatic/ unique content/theme

From what I saw they had only about 10 articles and not a special theme.

Until your website makes money its not really worth money. Even though people buy websites newer does not mean those sites are not making money. If people are buying sites with low traffic and no results that is just poor judgement.

I understand that, most of the "new" website in Flippa are appealing for newbs, the seller is talking about the website that is perfect for a "begginer"

Agree with Murphysmurfy above ... maybe $50/$60(/$70 on a very good day??). It's a guessing-game, though - too new to tell and not enough income to judge? It just depends on someone liking it and wanting it. It'll be much easier to value after another 6 months, especially if you make more sales.

As I was saying I'm not planning to sell although it is interesting way to make money,if you have a hosting account the investment in minimum.
