Paypal Payment Processing Problem
...had an unusual problem last week, and wondered if anyone else encountered the same.
I had a business customer place a nice order the other day for about 7 or 8 hundred dollars. Problem was, paypal kept returning a message to him, saying something to the effect that this payment was not permitted on this card. He attempted to make the same payment via Google Checkout with the same response, which made me start thinking that perhaps the customer's card company had placed a restriction on the card as to where it could be used.
Anyway, I took down his info, and processed it manually in my merchant processing system, and it sailed right through.
Anybody have this issue? This could be a problem for me since nearly all of my sales are b2b transactions. If paypal won't process corporate cards, then I need to change my payment system on my sites.
