Working on a Business: What do I need to be tracking?
For the past couple of months I have been working on CPA.
I realize that I have been working IN my business, but never really ON my business. I looked up a lot of things on the internet (how to run a business, how to start a business, think like a ceo, etc.) but I'm still not sure if I'm doing things right.
Basically all I ever track are expenses and page views (which isn't a big number). I haven't gone into paid traffic just yet so everything I'm doing is based off free traffic.
My biggest obstacle is that I can't monetize my work and I imagine once I do this there will be even MORE things I need to keep track of (but I also think I might be a bit impatient expecting to see any profit after a couple months of free traffic).
How do you guys organize your projects? And which numbers do you keep track of?
