re the monetization of CompuBOOT

Thank you to all the Warriors who helped me find a theme for a recently purchased domain called compuboot (refer to http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...hear-name.html ).

Here then is my "test" website based on an assessment of what you all said:

I have a lot of work to do on it but you get the idea. I did the graphics and most of the css and special coding myself. I do all the writing myself. I want to make this perfectly clear that CompuBOOT is (at this stage) nothing more than a glorified landing page put together by a computer geek (me). I will not SEO it until next spring. It will take me that long just to get a few posts per page/category fleshed out.

I then intend to put Amazon, eBay, Clickbank, ShareASale, Linkshare etc products on it; as well as AdSense (on pages/posts without affiliate links) .

Here is what I learned from my other sites: if you don't regularly add fresh personally edited content, you won't get anywhere. And if you don't know and love your niche, you won't get anywhere. Finally, you need to put yourself in the visitor's shoes and design the site that way or you won't get anywhere.

Hard lessons learned. Took me 8 years to get it. But I learned a lot in the process.
