Market Research Type Question

Okay, so I am planning to sell amazon reviews in the warriors for hire section.

That being said, If my current rate (CTR) is around 25% and my conversion rate is over 6% (average for azon is 4%-5%) is data from the last quarter enough to show?

Also, the second question is, if you knew the reviews ran from 700-1000 words, and I will make sure that the Review Keyword has low competition would you be willing to pay $15 per amazon review?

The other things I was planning to do was an amazon review site, full site $150 and that would include, 4 pages (home, about, contact, privacy policy) 4 reviews, 3 articles. (I would also offer a 10% discount if they sign up through my hosting, which gives me the change to earn crazy commission!)

Can I market this as an all in one amazon service?

Please let me know what you think about all of it, I think this could be my ticket to $300 months (my goal)!
