Would you join a $97/month couse or get WSO's and learn?

I want to learn how to build and market to my list. I was thinking of joining Charlie Pages: Follow Up Selling Systems. It's $97 per month.

I do think I may need a little hand holding. The only thing I don't like about FUSS is, it's one module a week for a total of 7 mods.

It seems like I can do a lot of things in a week that may take 5 weeks to complete by way of the mods.

OR do you think there are enough good WSO's available that will provide me with what I need?

  • Just do a survey at WSO and see whether there is a good product for you to learn.

    Use search function
  • I would highly encourage you to fine a couple of actual success stories that you can verify, people who spent the money and succeeded. There are so many ways to make money online but doing what everyone else does is not generally a good idea. Studying what everyone else does is a great idea. Ultimately, your success will come from something you cultivate. It's already there inside you and you need to pull it out!
  • If you want to build and market to a list then buy:
    AutoResponder Madness.

Best course you will find on that topic and it's delivered via email over the course of a month or two

It's expensive but not as expensive as $97 per month and it's recommended by all the gurus.

    • Thanks for the suggestions. I'll look into it.
  • I wouldn't spend money on either of them. There are single posts and threads on this very forum containing equally (if not moreso) valuable information. Save your money for testing and advertising.

    • I get what you saying but the beauty of buying a course is it's laid out for you.
I don't have to try and figure out everything.

If I were going to rebuild a engine, I would not go online looking for bits and pieces on how to build an engine. I'd go and buy a complete engine building manual.

With all do respect, I know where my knowledge and skill level is and searching thread after thread to piece it together isn't for me.

      Thanks for the reply.

  • Yes I agree with will, autoresponder madness is very powerful.

It's educating you to a different approach to your email marketing, stories..

However about your question, I'd suggest you to not get into the WSO loophole.

I mean, if someone you know and trust recommends a wso that can help you, then try it out.

But I personally like charlie page's style and I'm sure he can teach you alot.

    • Hi Tom,

t the thing about Charlie, he's a long time marketing guy. Not just IM but copy and everything.

For the $97/month you can ask HIM questions and get one on one guidance once a week.

  • So, It's $97 per month for mentoring? Q&A Session and all that?

Well, I paid $1000 for alex jeffreys coaching program, so $97 per month is well worth the investment.

Then go ahead and try, nothing to lose

The worst thing that could happen is than you would be back to where you are now, so take the risk, and good luck!
  • I'd do it. The most valuable programs I've been through are the ones that cost quite a bit more than a $7 WSO.

My only concern with expensive programs is that they try to pack a TON of information in the product just to justify the cost. That was exactly how the first product I purchased in the IM niche was. I'd gladly have paid the same amount (2 grand) on a product that would have gotten me on the right track right away.

    • I am going to join Charlie list building website. I've bought a few WSO's on list building all seem to be talking about Solo Ads, which is great. Charlie was doing Solo's long before they became "flavor" of the month. To bad the sales copy is much better than the product.

I think I can learn how to build a real business from Charlie. He teaches tracking ,testing and everything.

You'll never see a WSO that talks about how to track and test. I'll bet most IMers are not event doing that.

I like Charlie Page and Tony Shepherd.

I'm going with them a leaving the WSO's alone.
