Follow up sales email - would appreciate advice

I followed advice given here and started a list, which has produced some sales. At the moment it goes like this: they sign up for five free spanish lessons, they get emailed one every 2 days and on the last day there is a special offer included on the email to buy the rest of the course.
Would you do it like this? Also, would you make the final special offer email a wordy sales letter or a basic here is the offer and features?
Thanks

You can use three email to teach them spanish lesson, fourth email as pre sell and the last email is hard sell.

By the way, you can do test on your own and see what method work.

    Hi amunt,

Why is it that you're spacing your emails out every other day? I think you'd do even better if you sent your emails every day so as to not lose your readers' attention (or kill them from anixety).

I would do perhaps a 7 day course.
    • Day 1: Lesson 1
    • Day 2: Lesson 2
    • Day 3: Lesson 3
    • Day 4: Lesson 4
    • Day 5: Lesson 5
    • Day 6: Lesson 6
    • Day 7: Lesson 7
    • Day 8: SALES LETTER BABY!

Make sure in Day 7 you tell them you've got a 'surprise' for them tomorrow.

See how that goes. Just how I'd do it.

    Cheers,
    Harvey

Thanks. I didn't do every day because I thought they would get hacked off with too many emails. But I suppose you're right, they did subscribe to the lessons after all. Any idea where I might find some templates for the sales part?

I have a similar funnel set up in the "list building niche" where they get a video or blog post each day about list building then a final "promo" email at the end...

However, I mention the email course that I am pitching to them in almost every single email, even if it's just a "P.S." or something and I also include a link to the product under the video or at the end of the blog post that they get each day.

It's very subtle, but very powerful and I make sales from every email - some buy right away, some on the third email, some on the final email (and of course, some never buy at all)...

So - my suggestion is to add a P.S. or some other type of "reminder" about the full course in every single spanish lesson you send them.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Coby

P.S. Also - adding more follow ups into the sequence can help push folks to buy as well and this is something I have been doing more and more in my new funnels and when revamping my old ones.

Wow thats pretty encouraging. With your 'P.S' do you put any details of the sale, e.g. price + link etc.. Or is it just something like, 'you'll soon be getting a special offer.' I'd be grateful for as much detail as you can give- advice from someone who actually makes it work is invaluable.
