Gotowebinar missing "show in my timezone" on registration

So I just set up a webinar using gotowebinar - then I noticed the registration form is missing the "show in my time zone" link, which surprised me a bit. We have people from both USA and Australia and both countries obviously have their own EST - so this will just be confusing.

Do I need to switch this "show in my time zone" link on somewhere or..?

    Bump.. Wish me luck!

Please! Anyone know what I'm talking about here?

    I have asked GoToWebinar:

    1) on their Facebook page, and
    2) through their Twitter account.
    3) I have also asked in their "community forum" (pfft)
    4) and I have sent them a ticket through their "support"

EVERYTHING has been ignored for well over 24 hours. Apparently this company has no face? So please help me. I'm sure SOMEBODY in here has run webinars using the most used webinar platform in the world - right?

Seeing this is such a popular thread.. I thought I would update everyone with the solution to my problem. After calling GoToWebinar they basically said:

"You are using the new system, and everyone else is using the old system. The new system doesn't work properly yet, but you can't downgrade to the old reliable system. Sucks for you. Instead, you must wait until after January, when the new system will start working again with this feature - sorry..."

No solution was actually offered. So basically, do NOT open a new account with GTW until February, or your registration page will not show the all important "show in my time zone" link. Now I just need to find another webinar platform.

GTW is expensive anyway. Any suggestions for a better platform?

    I'm surprised, I thought GoToWebinar was a top-shelf service.

"You are using the new system, and everyone else is using the old system. The new system doesn't work properly yet, but you can't downgrade to the old reliable system. Sucks for you.
I think that guy also does customer service for my cell phone carrier.

I really hate to be "that guy" complaining. But with no solutions and terrible support, this GoToWebinar experience has been one of the worst I've had dealing with any company online (besides Godaddy, of course)

GTW chat support is down for the holidays - which is fair enough. But they have:

    - also ignored me on their Facebook and Twitter (both still active)
    - their "24/7 phone support" is engaged permanently
    - their own community forum has no answers for weeks
    - I sent them an email last week they completely ignored that too

Worst - when I could get through to them on the phone they basically shrugged their shoulders and told me their software is broken and will not be fixed until February. Okay.. I'm just venting because I feel hopeless and helpless. I'm sorry about that. But really, what an uncaring company.

Does anyone know of a WEBINAR platform I can use that is more caring than GTW?

I've had good experiences with gotowebinar, but I think their price today change, I didnt know the quality depreciated just like what you are saying.
