Affilate software for multiple hosted domains.

Is there a clear choice for a Affiliate Software package for Multiple Domain names? I've been looking at idevaffiliate but it looks like I can only use for one domain name. I need software I can use/install for all my different websites. Does anyone know of any solutions for this? I new to affiliate programs so I may need to explain my self abit better.

PS we also need it to have an auto responder for the affiliates

    There are many, although pricey. Butterfly Marketing Script and Rapid Action Profits are two of my favorites.
