Buyers vs prospects follow up

Hey guys,

happy new year!

This is for merchants: How do you handle the difference buyers / prospects list?

I mean: We want to provide value. For example, we give the subscriber a lot of cool stuff in a follow up; and then there is the point where he buys from you.

And now?

He should get un-subscribed from the prospectlist and go to a buyer list.

But which stuff does he receive then?

What is your experience? Do you have tipps for that?

    Your past buyers are you one of your most valuable assets, so treat them like gold.They
    should be getting more cool stuff from you than your general list, and you should be
    upselling them on your more expensive products.

    once someone buys from you and they go on your buyers list you then give them lots more
    great free content and at the same time offer them some of your other premium products

    once someone buys again you then segment them deeper into your funnel and repeat again

    as each buyer goes deeper into your funnel they have to of bought more expensive products

    If you have already designed your sales funnel, then you should
    have some upsell product to recommend to this list. This doesn't
    have to be your own products but even an affiliate one would do.

    For sure this is a question you have to settle before you
    start selling.

        It is relatively easier to sell more products to your buyer list. Do everything you can to continually nurture your relationship with them. On the other hand, you should only focus on turning prospects into buyers. So its important you feed these lists accordingly.
