Buyers vs prospects follow up
happy new year!
This is for merchants: How do you handle the difference buyers / prospects list?
I mean: We want to provide value. For example, we give the subscriber a lot of cool stuff in a follow up; and then there is the point where he buys from you.
And now?
He should get un-subscribed from the prospectlist and go to a buyer list.
But which stuff does he receive then?
What is your experience? Do you have tipps for that?
