My site traffic is mainly from China
I have a medical information site on autism. I have noticed over 80% of my traffic is from China. The site is currently not monetized accept for an affiliate link and a link to one of our stores.
The site is written in English and has a dot.com address, so I am having a hard time understanding why all this Chinese traffic is coming to the site in the first place.
I looking for any ideas on how to monetize that Chinese traffic. Any ideas would be appreciated.
