Having spent a lot of time recently working closely with people new to the internet marketing arena, one thing above all else stands out to be the biggest trap to fall into, and that is they are constantly in education mode, rather than marketing mode. Ofcourse learning is vital to moving forward and growing a business, but some actual action is required to make things happen. Pick one marketing strategy, master it by doing it, then, pick another , and do the same, set some time aside for educating yourself, dont let it eat into you action time

Couldn't agree more, I remember when I first started I think I bought 3 info products a week, tried them each for about a week and went to the next "Get Rich Scheme" needless to say I never made a dime until "I" started to work

Very true Chris. Educate and then implement! Keep implementing until you find your own way that works for you! We all love to learn but most of us dont make the effort to implement it. You won't be successful if all you do is learn though!

Nothing wrong with learning!! However i think the biggest issue is people trying to sell you systems!!

These are what slows down a newbies learning curve! Seriously, if newbies could immediately accept that push button stuff doesnt work, they really could save themselves months and months.

Where as info products are a must, you need to build your knowledge base. Its no good going to war without any weapons, but your right, once you have enough weaponary then its a must that you go to war and use them!

So true. No harm in trying new things, just try one thing at a time thoroughly.
