Any Australians Using Payoneer?

Hey Guys

I've been getting cheques from Amazon for years now and often help other Aussie's get started publishing on Kindle.

The fee for processing the US cheque is a pain.

I've recently had friends from non-US countries (Not Aussie's) telling me that Payoneer has worked wonders for them.

Have any other Australians tried using Payoneer for Amazon? How do the fees compare with the bank fees for cashing the cheques?

    Hi Jamie,

We have many cardholders in Australia currently using Payoneer to get paid from US companies, including Amazon.

Here are some threads I would recommend reading for user feedback. Also feel free to ask me any questions and I'll be happy to answer them.

Just heard about Payoneer as a solution for Australian author payments!

      Hey, Nissim.

I was wondering if you have any threads like this for U.S. residents?

It's been a few months since I've started my process on figuring out how to get the card; I've been unsuccessful thus far. - Due to not finding anyone that has acquired the card from the states, I'm unable to get any feedback on how to get through the application process.

Thanks in advance for your time and support.

We have many account holders who are US residents, though you'll need to apply via one of our official partners.

          Hey, Nissim.

As usual, you are quick to reply to questions and comments in this community.

But, in response to your response, it is too general and thus not helpful at all. Actually, it is a frustrating reply, that is almost always given by your staff. It makes me wonder sometimes, if your company wants to intentionally discourage prospective customers from doing business with your company.

So, again, I ask for reference to actual U.S. resident Payoneer cardholders that can really help me out with my questions.
ex. Payoneer cardholder: I got my card through XYZ Payoneer partner company, by doing 'whatever it is that they do'. - I know that if someone wanted my help with this question, and I was a Payoneer cardholder, I'd help them. What gives?

I had this but gave up a while ago, I would be interested to hear from someone who uses this on a regular basis.

@affmemo: I do understand your frustration, and I know we've spoken previously. It's not our intention to make it difficult for anyone to sign up, this is simply an issue related to regulations on open sign up via our website.

The goal isn't to simply provide you with a company you can sign up with and never get paid from. You should be signing up with a partner that you plan to work with in the future.

You can check here: Payoneer - Affpaying

Also look into Freelance sites such as Fiverr, oDesk, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, 99designs and many more.. all of which support Payoneer.
