Need Help From a Blogging Pro!!

About a couple weeks ago, I got my first 'User Sign Up' to my blog. Ever since that first sign up, I've been getting about one a day. I know there is a way to leverage these sign ups and better improve my blog, but how do i that? How do I benefit from the people who registered to my blog?. I'm sure there's something. I initially assumed I could also incorporate some some of marketing system, but I'm unsure of it. I've also considered allowing Users make their own posts on my blog, but I'm unsure how I feel about that. What I really don't like 2,000 character article and have to tell that User it's been flat out rejected. I really don't like displeasing people, and when it comes to my success, other people like my Users are just as contributive. What do you think?

It depends on who they are and the circumstances under which they register.

At the moment, it's pretty much "academic", I'm afraid: please excuse my repeating again something which other Warriors here have said to you, in at least two other threads I remember, but removing from your website the offer of sending people "1,000 free marketing leads" in exchange for their opt-in will help to limit the damage to your reputation both in this forum and elsewhere. At the moment, whether intended this way or not, what you're doing comes across purely and simply as an "invitation to spam".

All legal, ethical and moral considerations aside, you can perhaps appreciate that very few people will be willing to opt in to that with their real email addresses, knowing that they're dealing with someone who gives away email addresses by the thousand?

The type of list you'll build from it will certainly be one of extremely poor quality for your own purposes.

I honestly think that until you understand this, there's probably no benefit to you at all in collecting answers to your other questions above. Sorry.

I think that not using a Western Samoan domain extension for a marketing blog would also help you a little, in the old "credibility stakes". Even the people who don't know what it means will know that there's something "not quite right" about it, and the people who do know what it means will simply be concerned that you have some connection with Global Domains International (and believe me: that isn't going to help you, in this context).

And lastly, I think there was some really good and helpful advice for you in this thread: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...tion-gone.html
