Good IM People,

I'm interested to do some spying on my competition and try to find out where some of their traffic is coming from. Is there anyway to do this?? Any method??

Any help is welcome, thanks in advance guys.

Spyfu is good at sniffing out your PPC competition. You can also check link tools like ahrefs to see the backlink footprint of your competition. Finally, you can use semrush to find the kws they rank for (spyfu does this also).

Backlinks are footprint to find out traffic come from.

backlinkwatch.com (free) and link-assistant.com/seo-spyglass/ can be used to check backlinks. After you find the urls, then you check the sites at quantcast.com to find out the sites traffic.

Thanks alot for this, it did help. I ask because there's a competitor of mine that's sitting on top of google for a pretty good keyword. I wanted to know if they get traffic from other sources because that ranking.
