So, I have a product to sell...

I've built a product that off-liners and onliners, especially newbies, can use to start creating some cash flow to get their business moving. I use my own product because it gives me a low cost "yes" to start clients with. They see results, then I can add other services for them because they now trust me.
I have a CJ account and am active on WF.
What I need is someone who has successfully launched a product to walk me through the steps, help me avoid grenades and make sales.
At this time, I have NO interest in building a list.
I'm willing to share a sales commission with whoever helps me, my guess being that I set them up as a "super affiliate," but even that is subject to mentor's guidance.
Might be posted in the wrong section, but looking for advice.

    At this time, I have NO interest in building a list.
    ^^ This is a terrible mistake. Been there. Trust me: fork over the $1 a month to get started on Aweber, it will be totally worth it, whenever you are selling a product, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS make a list. I cannot stress this enough. If you don't you will kick yourself a hundred times a year from now for not doing so.

    Beyond that...

    Check the War Room for launching a WSO. Some awesome free stuff on that (and you need access to it anyways to launch a WSO if I remember right).

      Totally agree! Building a list is putting the foundation of your future online business (if you're thinking to make a business...). The best relationship you can build online is those with the people following you.

      Think about that: they're giving you their name and email because you succeeded to get their interest with something. They trust you and wait for some other things (maybe to buy!...) from you.

          You know what? As a one man rock band you don't have to build a list to make huge money online. If you are selling products on your website, you can always review them on your website and get people to view them.

          But when you have your own program and a lot of people promote for you, it is a good idea to build a list because it grows very fast.

    If you are going to launch your product and get people joining your affiliate program, I would suggest that you do start your own newsletter and start collecting names and emails of prospects.

    You can not set people up as your super affiliates. People earn that TITLE when they are able to generate a ton of sales for you all the time. I am not talking about 1-5 per week. I am talking about 1-10 per day.

    There won't be many commissions to share, (a) without listbuilding, and (b) with the help of a person who's willing to let you do this without listbuilding and still wants to be a part of it himself/herself on that basis, because his/her judgment is pretty questionable in the first place. Sorry, but it really makes little sense. :p

    selling a product and building a list both go hand in hand and if you don't want to build a list then you're going to find it very difficult

    Where are you going to put all your customers that purchase?

    The most money made in this business is in repeat customers so if you're not building a list of raving fans and customers you're going to be struggling for a very long time
