Alrightie, my second question of the day

I seem to be doing a lot of asking and not much giving on the WF lately but I hope this will change when I get my new business up and running.

I want to engage in click banking where I generate clicks through to another marketer's site and then, when I reach the agreed number of clicks, they will reciprocate.

I want to know how to implement tracking so that both myself and the other marketer can confirm the number of clicks generated.

What software should I use? I've heard of Adtrackz Gold and am thinking of purchasing it but want to make absolutely sure that is can do the above, which I'm pretty sure it can.

Any advice from those that have done click banking would be appreciated.

    I've seen a lot of those and tried a few, most are basically scams.

      One option is the "Easy Redirect Script" by Jason Fladlien and Wilson Mattos. You don't get full-blown analytics with it, but it is self-hosted and it enables you to create unique redirects and track clicks for them.

      For more detailed analytics (like tracking referring page, IP, time of day, etc), ClixTrac may be the best option. It's not self-hosted, but you do get the all-to-precious data you need to verify that your clicks are indeed coming from opened emails and not some other source.
