Apparently you can plan your goals but you can also nominate referrer that checks you are on schedule and if you are not or if you fail to reach your goal the money that is held by a third party will be donated to organisation that you hate. So it is a incentive not to fail to reach your goal. This is great if you struggle to set goals what are all your thoughts..
