WP - Insert Photo NOT Working...

Hi Folks,

I am simply trying to insert my photo on my about page in WordPress.
It's not working.
Photo is in my media library.
After choosing attributes and clicking insert into post... nothing happens!

I have tried clearing my cache and using Explorer instead of Firefox.
Nothing.

Help please..

    I would search the WP forums for that one... you'll get plenty of help there.

    But if you upgraded to WP 3.5 It is a pile of doodoo for many older themes, also there have been a lot of different issues with saved media and photos.

      You got that right. The visual editing disappeared completely from my theme. It took me half a day to repair. The muppets at Wordpress have really screwed up this time, and they've done a runner from the support forum.

        Looks like maybe I should deactivate all plugins, try again and reactivate them...?

          You could do that, but first I suggest you update your version of Wordpress and update all the plugins.

          I had the same problem and I had to keep turning off plugins, upload the images, and then turn them on again.

          I then updated everything I could and it all worked without deactivation plugins

            I was all updated before the problem began

        So I deactivated all plugins and it worked!

        Now what?

        Just reactivate all the plugins?

      It doesn't show up in the editor... That is the problem!

      When you clicking on that tab and upload an image, there should be a button in the right bottom corner that says insert into page. After inserting into page, if it shows up in the editor, just click on update and you should be good to go.

      Yes, I did that.
      It wouldn't work until I deactivated my plugins.
      Now the photo is in!
      Not sure what the next step is...
      Don't want to deactivate plugins for each photo insert

      The contact form is in and seems to be perfect. However, I am wondering if it caused the conflict w/ the picture insert? I'll have to experiment to find out!
