  • Koreancowboy,

I can’t speak for the company itself (although the approach seems like a scam) but I can say that there are a lot of people making pretty decent money writing content for online content providers (note the link in my signature). Many of these services pay by the word and typically the better a writer you are, the more you get paid. Making 2,000 to 10,000 per month though, that is a lot for someone just writing. I’m not sure what the website’s system is but I do know that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is not.

I would say that if you were writing for a legitimate service and you spent 8 solid hours per day getting paid around 0.015 per word, you could potentially reach the ranges that the video is talking about. Keep in mind that you would also be subject to the work a service has available (content providers don’t always have work for people to do) and writing at that volume is incredibly difficult to sustain.

In a nutshell I don’t think it would hurt to check into the service. I would walk away from it in an instant if they try to charge you money to sign up as this is not common practice.

Well, let's see what the facts are ...
    • They quote the "average" freelance writing job as paying between $200 and $400!!
    • They say the only skill you need is to "read and write English"
    • In order to sign up, all you need to do is provide your name and email address and pay the subscription fee
    • They registered their domain-name a few months ago but say they've been in business for a decade
    • They have no contact information and registered their domain by proxy
    • They say that you need no experience and can earn money within 30 minutes of registering with them
And lastly, Ken wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. And he's a good judge of these things, you know?
